Christy joined Salem School District as the Director of Student Services in 2022. Most recently before joining Salem, she was the Director of Curriculum and Instruction/Chief Academic Officer at Wilmot Union High School. Prior to that, Christy was an Associate Principal at Wilmot Union High School, an Assistant Principal at Mitchell 4K-8 School, a Special Education Supervisor at Racine Unified School District, a Summer School Principal at Antioch Community High School, and a School Psychologist at Community High School District 117.

Christy has a Masters in Education from Loyola University and a Bachelors in Psychology from Carroll University. Additionally, she has certifications in School Administration, Special Education, and Director of Instruction.
