
Members of the Salem Falcon Choir, under the direction of Mr. Walker, sung the National Anthem over Thanksgiving Break at the Milwaukee Admirals game against the Rockford Ice Hogs! The students got to sing and warm up with a professional National Anthem Singer and watch the hockey game afterwards! Please help me congratulate our Falcon Choir on this great honor!

5K fun during center time in Ms. Veium’s room! They had lots of great choices last week: ABC puzzles, Thanksgiving write the room, pumpkin pie word building, roll and graph Thanksgiving dinner foods, ABC order monkeys and leaves, beginning letter sound locks, and some UFLI phonics activities! Please also ensure participants have a current standing physical, emergency contact card (RED CARD), and a concussion form turned in to Mr. Willkomm. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to having these forms turned in. If you have participated in a previous sport (THIS YEAR) and have turned these in, you will not need any more paperwork.
Red cards, physical forms, and concussion forms can be picked up in the school office or downloaded and printed from the Salem School District athletics webpage under "Forms".
Please also note there is a required athlete fee payment in order for your child to continue participating as the season progresses. If not paid students will be excluded from practices and games.

REMINDER: Absentee Picture day is scheduled for tomorrow, November 16th. If your child has not had a picture taken already, it will be taken then. Ordering information will be given out at the time of pictures.
If a picture was already taken, but a retake is needed, please let your child's teacher know so your child can be sent for pictures. Please return the original picture package to the photographer at the time of pictures. The same package will be ordered with the new image. New packages will not be received unless the original package is returned.
