Laura Buska, the Respect Our Waters Program Manager from the Root-Pike Watershed Initiative Network, taught our 5th graders this week about stormwater and our local watershed!
🍭Student Senate will be hosting a Lollipop Sale during lunch hours May 6th - 10th, while supplies last. Lollipops are $1.00 each. Proceeds will be donated to Sleep in Heavenly Peace!

Ms. Kennedy's first grade class had some special visitors last week! They got to meet baby chicks that one of the students is fostering for 3 weeks from a farm in Caledonia. What a fun surprise! 🐣

🐝First graders had a special visit from Holmes Honey and Fresh Cut Flowers to learn all about bees! They are learning about plants in their current reading unit and how bees help plants by spreading pollen.
